Professor Mohammad Pakravan

 

Professor Mohammad Pakravan received his Ph.D. in Persian Literature at Tehran University where he taught as a Professor of Persian Literature and Poetry.  He has undertaken an extensive research on History of Persian Literature and Poetry. He has contributed significantly in mental apprehension of “Erfan & Sufism” of Moulana Jalaleddin Rumi and Hafez.  He has authored 28 Farsi Educational books for teaching at high schools and universities.  He has been engaged in teaching of Moulana and Hafez Philosophy free of charge for the past 22 years in Los Angeles.  Professor Pakravan has dedicated his life in teaching and his principle mission is to provide lessons of Love and Living.

 Driving Directions From the San Diego Freeway (405):

1.  Take Wilshire Boulevard off-ramp east.  

2.  At the third traffic light, turn left onto Westwood Boulevard.  

3.  Turn right at Le Conte Ave.  

4.  At the first light, Tiverton Ave, turn left and proceed to the parking lot marked “P” or “Geffen Playhouse”.

5.  In the parking lot, you must pay at the Pay Station and leave the parking slip on your dashboard.

 Directions From Parking “P” To The Lecture Hall:

1.  Walk out of the parking area to Tiverton Ave and turn left.

2.  Walk pass the School of Dentistry building.

3.  Immediately past the School of Dentistry building, turn left into the hallway leading to David Geffen School of Medicine building.

4.  Once in the building, turn right, and take the elevator to the 7th floor.

5.  Exit the elevator to the right, the lecture hall is straight ahead.

دکتر محمد پاکروان استاد دانشکده ادبیات دانشگاه تهران و مولف ۲۸ کتاب آموزشی از دبیرستان تا سال چهارم دانشگاه ، کارشناش کتابهای درسی‌ در وزارتخانهای آموزش و پرورش و علوم آموزش عالی‌ و محقق اصول تصوف و شناخت عرفان مولانا و حافظ میباشند. استاد پاکروان مدت ۲۲ سال است که به تدریس کلاسهای تفسیر مولانا و شرح غزلیات حافظ در لوس آنجلس که بصورت رایگان برگزار میشود مشغول میباشند.

بدینوسیله از کلیه دوستداران شعر و ادب فارسی‌ و آنهاییکه عشق و شناخت فردوسی و شاهنامه در وجودشان نهفته است دعوت بعمل میآید که در این برنامه کاملا ویژه و استثنائی شرکت نمایند.
